2.Confirmation &
pre-payment
Our team will confirm your order and supply an invoice which will require pre-payment before collection, based on the conditions attached to the offer you have selected.
3.Booking
Book your collection time, which will be limited based on the offer you have chosen.
4.Collection
Collect your quality fertiliser at your designated appointment time at the CSBP Kwinana Distribution Centre.

1. Who is JustFert?
At Just Fert, you only pay for bulk fertiliser – nothing more.
We offer a limited fertiliser range which is ideal for growers who know what they need and are happy to work with a few trade-offs; like limited collection windows, and advanced bookings – which help us keep the price down.
All Just Fert orders are fulfilled by CSBP, utilising the CSBP Kwinana despatch facilities.
2. What products does Just Fert offer?
Just Fert offers a small and basic range of bulk fertiliser products – perfect for growers who know what they need. Each offer is subject to limited availability, based on product allocation and scheduling slots.

Please note: custom coating and blending services are not available through JustFert.
3. Can I order less than 50 tonnes?
No. To keep our pricing as sharp as possible, the minimum collection and order size for JustFert is 50 tonnes. Appointments can only be booked for collections meeting the minimum quantity requirement of 50 tonnes.
Collections are unable to be split across multiple products.
4. Where do I collect my fertiliser from?
You’ll collect your fertiliser directly from CSBP’s Kwinana Distribution Centre, with the same product quality you’d expect from them

6. How do you keep your prices low?
Here’s how we keep costs down
- Limited access, lower cost: We access only limited availabilities in CSBP’s appointment book, which fill the gaps. Just to be clear, we won’t have too many choices to offer you and your carrier.
- No extras: We sell direct over the phone. No on-farm support, no agronomy advice—just fertiliser.
- Upfront payment: Our pricing reflects our payment terms. No credit checks, no delays—just simple transactions that help us keep prices sharp.
We offer four types of scheduling conditions to help keep fertiliser costs down.
Each offer comes with its own set of conditions—please refer to the details provided with your selected option.
- Appointment on order: This option is good if you have a clear plan already… You’ll have up to 48 hours after ordering to book your collection appointment. Appointment is firm and cannot be modified at a later date.
- Appointment on standby: This option is good if you are flexible… We will call and offer you 3 appointment options within your collection window. You will be given 7 days’ notice before you need to pick up.
- Late collection times: You’ll be offered limited booking availabilities, typically after 4pm, Thursday to Friday, or Saturday.
- Standard collection times: We will agree a booking that best suits you, subject to availabilities at the time.
7. What are the payment terms?
All Just Fert orders require prepayment to help keep costs low.
Please refer to your specific JustFert offer for the applicable payment terms, which will be either prepayment at the time of order or upon appointment confirmation.
8. Is JustFert here to stay?
We’ll be trialling Just Fert during June and July 2025, a peak period for fertiliser transactions.
9. Can I contact CSBP to order JustFert?
All bookings, payments, and scheduling go through the JustFert team. We operate under restricted access, so we’re your only point of contact—for you and your carrier.
Just Fert operates separately to CSBP Fertilisers. JustFert invoices and transaction details will not be visible in myCSBP.
10. I’m a CSBP customer, will JustFert impact the service I receive from CSBP?
This is a limited trial using spare capacity in the CSBP system, and is not expected to impact existing CSBP customers.
CSBP customers will continue to receive the full service offer, reliability and experience that CSBP is known for.
